At Gavinburn Cottages we offer a flexible booking service where you are free to book the cottages for either 3 night weekend breaks, 4 night midweek breaks or whole-week stays. You can also select multiples of these to achieve your perfect length of holiday and you can book more than one cottage if you have a bigger family or group.
At peak times we may need to charge full week rates for shorter breaks and all prices stated are subject to change depending on the time of the booking, guests requirements and the age and number of guests in your party.
You can choose to arrive at any time on a Friday or a Monday and we always aim to have the cottages completely ready by 3pm at the latest and we request that the cottages are vacated on the departure day by 10am. Early or late arrivals and departures can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
If Friday or Monday change over days do not fit into your plans then please feel free to contact us directly by email or phone and we will endeavour to arrange an alternative arrival date.

A £100 deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remainder of the balance is paid four weeks before your arrival. In the event of cancellation, we can only offer refunds if we are able to re-let your cottage.
